MORAY COUNCIL (HALLIMAN WAY, LOSSIEMOUTH (ROLLING PROGRAMME – COMPLETE LINK) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close the footpaths on a rolling programme in Halliman Way, Lossiemouth from 06/07/2020 until 27/09/2020. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to the extension of the existing footways and the installation of services to a new residential development site. Pedestrians are advised to use the opposite footpaths.
