Prohibition of Waiting - Various Streets, Moray - Moray Archived

MORAY COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, MORAY (AS PER SCHEDULE) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to introduce a number of “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions at locations in Moray which are contained in the schedule which can be found on the websites specified. The restrictions will run from 26/06/2020 to 31/12/2020 and have been introduced to reallocate road space during the Covid 19 pandemic and to aid social distancing.
