MORAY COUNCIL (STATION ROAD, FINDOCHTY (FROM NO 20 TO NO 48) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close the footpath adjacent to No 20 to No 48 Station Road, Findochty from 15/06/2020 until 23/08/2020. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to gas main replacement works and to aid social distancing. Pedestrians are advised to use the opposite footpath.
