THE MORAY COUNCIL (C57H BRIDGE OF LIVET TO MINMORE ROAD, GLENLIVET – 30MPH SPEED LIMIT EXTENSION) ORDER 2019

The Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect of the Order which will come into operation on 01/11/19 will be to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on the C57H Bridge of Livet to Minmore Road, Glenlivet as described in the Schedule to the Order. The reason for the extension is to reflect the changes to the road layout and on road safety grounds following the extension to the Chivas site at Glenlivet. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 26/07/19.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any of the relevant requirements arising from the Act are not being complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 20/09/19 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
