MORAY COUNCIL (THE WARDS, ELGIN (ADJACENT TO NO 1 AND 3) – TEMPORARY REVOCATION OF PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily revoke the existing “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction adjacent to No’s 1 and 3 on The Wards, Elgin from 30/09/19 to 13/10/19. The temporary arrangement has been imposed on safety grounds due to utility connections.
