MORAY COUNCIL (THE WARDS, ELGIN (IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF LEVEL CROSSING ) TEMPORARY ONE – WAY (NORTHBOUND) ORDER 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily require vehicles to travel in a northerly direction immediately south of the Level Crossing from 30/09/19 until 13/10/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed on safety grounds due utility connections. A signed diversion for southbound traffic will introduced via Wards Road >> Station Road >> New Elgin Road >> Edgar Road >> The Wards.
