MORAY COUNCIL (U96E SCOTSBURN TO NEW FORRES ROAD, FORRES(AT RAFFORD COTTAGES) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the U96E Scotsburn to New Forres Road, Forres (at Rafford Cottages) from 28/10/19 until 07/11/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to overhead electric cable works. An alternative route will be available via U96E>> Forres Enterprise Park >>A96T Forres to Alves Section >> U96E.
