MORAY COUNCIL (DUNNOTTAR ROAD, ELGIN (AT JUNCTION WITH BIRNIE ROAD) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) EXTENSION ORDER (NO 2), 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close Dunnottar Road, Elgin at it’s junction with Birnie Road from 23/07/2019 until 19/08/2019. This is an extension to a previous order. The temporary restriction has been imposed due road safety issues and access is maintained via the A941 Elgin to Fogwatt Road.
