MORAY COUNCIL (BATCHEN LANE, ELGIN – PARKING BAYS AT REAR OF NO. 184 TO NO.188, HIGH STREET, ELGIN - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) EXTENSION ORDER (NO. 1), 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction within the parking bays on Batchen Lane, Elgin at the rear of No. 184 to No. 188 High Street, Elgin from 01/07/19 to 01/09/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to demolition works and is an extension to a previous order.
