MORAY COUNCIL (HIGH STREET, ELGIN – PARKING BAY OUTSIDE NO. 184 TO NO.188 - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction within the parking bay outside No. 184 to No. 188 High Street, Elgin from 25/03/19 to 30/06/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to demolition works.
