THE MORAY COUNCIL (ONE WAY SYSTEM – SECTION OF RAMSAY LANE, LOSSIEMOUTH) ONE WAY ORDER 2019

The Moray Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The general effect of the Order which will come into operation on 03/05/19 will be to introduce a One-Way Traffic System on that section of Ramsay Lane, Lossiemouth specified in the Schedule to the Order. Traffic will be permitted to travel in a south-easterly direction only.

The Order is being introduced to simplify the operation of the new traffic signals and will seek to minimise delays for vehicles and pedestrians. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 08/02/19.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any of the relevant requirements arising from the Act are not being complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 22/03/19 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
