MORAY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LOSSIEMOUTH - BOTH SIDES – ROLLING PROGRAMME - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction on both sides of the roads contained in the schedule which can be found on the websites specified. The restriction will run from 25/03/19 to 20/03/20 on a rolling programme. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to streetlighting column and cable replacement works.
