THE MORAY COUNCIL (C19E SCOTSTONHILL ROAD - FERNYFIELD ROAD (FROM A96 TO B9103) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) EXTENSION ORDER (NO. 5), 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the C19E Scotstonhill Road - Fernyfield Road (at Junc A96) from 23/02/19 until 08/03/19. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to the construction of a new A96 roundabout. This is a further extension of previous orders. An alternative route will be available via B9103 Lossiemouth To Sheriffston Road >> A96 Elgin >> Fochabers Road.
