THE MORAY COUNCIL (PROSPECT TERRACE, LOSSIEMOUTH – BOTH SIDES – ROLLING PROGRAMME (FROM ST. GERARDINES ROAD FOR 190M IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION) - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction on both sides of Prospect Terrace, Lossiemouth (from St. Gerardines Road for 190m in an easterly direction) from 11/02/19 to 08/03/19 on a rolling programme. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to kerb replacement and footway resurfacing.
