TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on north side of Prospect Terrace, Lossiemouth from St. Gerardines Road for 190m in an easterly direction, on a rolling programme. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to kerb replacement and footway resurfacing. Pedestrians to utilise opposite footpath.
