THE MORAY COUNCIL (GRANT STREET, ELGIN – BOTH SIDES – ROLLING PROGRAMME - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER, 2019
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily introduce a “No Waiting At Any Time” restriction on both sides of Grant Street, Elgin from 04/02/19 to 15/03/19 on a rolling programme. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to kerb replacement and footway reconstruction.
