MORAY COUNCIL (GRANT STREET, ELGIN – ROLLING PROGRAMME (WEST SIDE) -

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ) ORDER, 2019

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on the west side of Grant Street, Elgin from 04/02/19 to 15/03/19, on a rolling programme. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to kerb replacement and footway reconstruction. Pedestrians to utilise opposite footpath.
