THE MORAY COUNCIL (SHORE STREET, LOSSIEMOUTH (NORTH SIDE, BETWEEN KINNEDDAR STREET & HIGH STREET) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER, 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on Shore Street, Lossiemouth on its north side between Kinneddar Street & High Street from 20/08/18 to 16/02/20. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to demolition of wall & formation of off-street parking. Pedestrians to utilise adjacent footpath.
