THE MORAY COUNCIL (LAND STREET, BUCKIE (EAST SIDE, OUTSIDE NOS 7-9) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER, 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close the east side footpath on Land Street, Buckie from 19/05/18 to 31/12/18. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to unsafe buildings and is an extension to the Emergency Order which came in to force on 21/2/18. Pedestrians to utilise adjacent streets.
