THE MORAY COUNCIL (NORTHFIELD PLACE, GARMOUTH – NORTH SIDE (FOR ITS ENTIRE LENGTH) - TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) EXTENSION ORDER, 2018
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on Northfield Place, Garmouth – North side (for it’s entire length) from 24/02/18 to 09/03/18. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to street lighting cable and column replacement works and is an extension of the Order which originally came into effect on 05/02/18 to 23/02/18. Pedestrians to utilise adjacent footpath.
