THE MORAY COUNCIL (WARDS ROAD, ELGIN (FROM JCTN WITTET DRIVE TO JCTN YOUNG STREET) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER, 2017
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close the footpath on Wards Road, Elgin from 11/09/17 until 27/10/17. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to the installation of new street lighting columns and cabling works. A pedestrian walkway will be provided.
