THE MORAY COUNCIL (LEYS ROAD CAR PARK STEPS, FORRES (STEPS FROM CAR PARK TO TOLBOOTH STREET) TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE ORDER, 2017
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to temporarily close Leys Road Car Park Steps, Forres leading from the Car Park to Tolbooth Street from 24/4/17 to 2/7/17. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to the replacement of steps An alternative route will be available via Tolbooth Street >> High Street >> Leys Road.
