THE MORAY COUNCIL (PINEGROVE, ELGIN (WESTERN SECTION) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER, 2017
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close the footpath at Pinegrove, Elgin (western section) from 24/4/17 to 2/6/17. The temporary restriction has been imposed due to street lighting column and cable replacement works. Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
