THE MORAY COUNCIL (U43H BLACKHILLOCK ROAD (FROM JCTN A96 TO EASTERN BOUNDARY OF BLACKHILLOCK SUBSTATION) 40 MPH TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT) ORDER, 2016
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(as Amended) to introduce a temporary speed limit of 40mph at the above section of Blackhillock Road from 04/04/2016 to 01/10/2017. This temporary restriction has been imposed due to increased construction activity at the new substation. This is an extension to the order which originally came in to effect on
06/10/14.
