THE MORAY COUNCIL (BRAELOSSIE, PROSPECT TERRACE, LOSSIEMOUTH) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that Moray Council, incorporated under the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 and having its principal office at Council Office, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX, in exercise of the powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on 24 September 2019, made the above mentioned Compulsory Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of securing the redevelopment and improvement, as is necessary in the interests of the proper planning of the area, of that land.

The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation and comes into operation only if confirmed.

A copy of the Order and the map referred to therein have been deposited at The Access Point, Moray Council, Council Office, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX and may be seen there without payment of fee between the hours of 8am and 5pm on business days.

Any objections to the Order must be made in writing stating the title of the Order and the grounds of objection addressed to The Scottish Ministers, Planning Decisions Team, Area 2-F South, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ by Friday 13 December 2019.
