A) The Square – East side: Fourth Street to Second Street / West side : Third Street to Second Street
B) Second Street at The Square
C) Third Street from the west side of The Square to Lingerwood Road
D) Lingerwood Road – Third Street to Main Street
E) Main Street – Full length

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES (TTRN 1217)

from 13:00pm to 14:00pm - Saturday 10th June 2023

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along:-
(a) Third Street, Newtongrange : junction The Square to junction Lingerwood Road
(b) Lingerwood Road, Newtongrange : junction Third Street to junction Main Street
(c) Main Street, Newtongrange : junction A7 Murderdean Road to junction Bryans Road at mini roundabout

The roads are being closed for road safety reasons.
The road closures will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or under the instruction of a police officer in uniform.
During the event, local access will be retained for residents along the affected routes.
Emergency vehicles attending an emergency call are exempt from this order.
No alternative route signing will be provided during these road closures.
