Newton Church Road, Danderhall - Temporary Road Closure - Midlothian Archived

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate drainage maintenance work Newton Church Road at its junction with Schirehall Avenue will be closed. The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 22 February 2021. The work is expected take about 10 days to complete. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffic and buses will be via Millerhill Road, Shawfair Avenue and Old Dalkeith Road.
