NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Midlothian Council has made a temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting right turns from 7 October 2019. The restrictions, detailed below, are necessary to facilitate the installation of HV cable ducts. The Order is expected to be in place for 2 weeks. Alternative routes for buses and general traffic will be clearly signposted.
