THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (C9 GLEN ROAD/C9 ROMAN ROAD, TORWOOD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(TTRO/1627) ORDER 2019
The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on C9 Glen Road/ C9 Roman Road, Torwood from 08.00 hours on 24/06/19 until 20.00 hours on 28/06/19. The prohibition is to allow for tree felling works.
1. Full details may be inspected at Abbotsford House, Davids Loan, Falkirk Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm and http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ from 20/06/19 – 28/06/19.
2. This Order temporarily closes C9 Glen Road, Torwood from a point adjacent to Willow Dene, in a north westerly direction to Glen Bridge.
3. This Order temporarily closes C9 Glen Road, Torwood at its junction with C9 Roman Road/ C9 Glen Road in a northerly direction to Glenburn Cottages.
4. The alternative route is: C9 Glen Road, A9 from Glenbervie Roundabout to Council Boundary, A9 from Main Street to Council Boundary, A9 Main Street, A9 Touchhill Roundabout, A9 Main Street, C64 President Kennedy Drive, C64 Cadgers Loan, C9 Roman Road and vice versa.
5. The alternative route is: C9 Glen Road, A9 from Glenbervie Roundabout to Council Boundary, A9 from Main Street to Council Boundary, C9 Glen Road and vice versa.
