THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (FOOTPATH FROM ALLAN PLACE TO BROOMHILL ROAD, BONNYBRIDGE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION ON USE OF FOOTPATH)

(NO.TTRO/1594) ORDER 2019

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the footpath from 5 Allan Place to Broomhill Road, Bonnybridge from 09:15 hours on 20/05/19 until 14:45 hours on 24/05/19. The prohibition is necessary to allow the installation of drainage to address potential flooding issues.

  1. Full details may be inspected at Abbotsford House, Davids Loan, Falkirk Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm and http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ from 16/05/19 – 24/05/19.

  2. This Order temporarily closes the footpath from the rear of 5 Allan Place to Broomhill Road, Bonnybridge.

  3. The alternative route is: Roman Road, Seabegs Road, Broomhill Road and vice versa.
