 THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS,GRANGEMOUTH) (PUBLIC PROCESSION)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (TTRO/1529) ORDER 2019

Falkirk Council made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1), 2(2), 4(1) and 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.

The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length(s) of road or roads identified in the Schedule to this Notice and shall come into force at  10.30 hours to 11.45 hours on 14/04/19.  The temporary prohibition of traffic is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a public procession, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length(s) of road as are indicated by Police Officers in uniform and specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
