FALKIRK COUNCIL

The Council proposes to make the below named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

  1. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce waiting restrictions on the B818, Fankerton.

  2. Full details may be inspected at Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk and One-Stop Shop, Callendar Sq, Falkirk, Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm, between 26/04/18 – 17/05/18 and http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/.

  3. Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 17/05/18 to: Head of Roads, Design and Transport, Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk, FK2 7YZ. Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.
