The Council proposes to make the below named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be to revoke The Falkirk Council (On-Street Parking Space for Disabled Persons’)(TRO/DB/16/050) Order 2016 and introduce a disabled persons’ parking place in:

3. Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 22 June 2017 to: Head of Roads and Design, Abbotsford House, Davids Loan, Falkirk, FK2 7YZ. Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.
