ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 3 March 2023 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council made “The East Renfrewshire Council (Greenlaw Road, Newton Mearns) (Waiting Restriction) Order 2023” which comes into operation on 6 March 2023.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Notice published in The Glasgow Evening Times newspaper dated 22 December 2020.
A copy of the Order as made is attached below.
ANY PERSON wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
