NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council propose to introduce a no waiting at any time restriction on a section of Greenlaw Road, Newton Mearns.

A copy of the proposed Order and accompanying plan showing the proposed new waiting restrictions, together with a statement of reasons for making the Order are attached. 

ANY PERSON may make representation or submit an objection to the proposal by e-mail to: parking@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk or in writing to: Chief Officer, Legal and Procurement, East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG

All objections must be received by 24 January 2021 and must state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
