(No. 2) Order 2020

On the 14 September 2020 the Council made the above named Order under, Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises a restriction to on-street parking on a section of First Avenue, Netherlee, from Monday 21 September until Sunday 4 October 2020, to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Water utility works proposed to be carried out on or near this road.

The effect of the Order is that no person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a parking attendant in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle except vehicles associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident to wait or load at any time within 30 metres either side of the access lanes adjacent to property No’s 1 and 2. 

Pedestrian access will be unaffected.
