(Temporary Restriction to Use of Road)
Order 2020
On the 16 March 2020 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order gave authorisation to close of a section of Glasgow Road to vehicular traffic to enable essential resurfacing works to be carried out safely. The works, which programmed to be carried out in April 2020, were postponed due to the implementation of Government restrictions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The works have now been rescheduled to commence on 20th July and will be in operation for up to 2 weeks, until 2nd August 2020.
