The East Renfrewshire Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) (On-Street) Order 2020 - East Renfrewshire Archived

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 6 March 2020 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 45 & 46 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, the East Renfrewshire Council made the above named Traffic Regulation Order to designate spaces on-street for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying in an appropriate manner a valid Blue Badge and include powers to suspend the use of such places as required.

The effect of the Order is as referred to in the Notice published in the Glasgow Evening Times on 19 December 2019.

ANY PERSON wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
