Temporary parking restrictions: Busby Road, Clarkston (part of the southbound carriageway only)
A Temporary Restriction Order has been promoted to restrict access to vehicular traffic on a section of Busby Road, Clarkston to ensure the safety of all road users and of workers undertaking temporary Parklet installation works on or near the carriageway.
The Order will permit the closure of the southbound carriageway of Busby Road, between its junctions with Mearns Road and Strawhill Road from Monday 1st April 2019 for up to 4 weeks or on completion of the works if sooner.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it’s possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
