Temporary restrictions: Mearns Rd (Service Rd at Broomburn Shops), Newton Mearns
A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order has been promoted authorising the closure of the Mearns Road service road, located to the front of the Broomburn shops off Broomburn Drive, Newton Mearns. The restriction is necessary to facilitate the safe operation of essential carriageway and footway resurfacing works proposed to be carried out on or near the road.
The Order will permit the closure of the service road over its full length for up to 5 days from Monday 28th January until Friday 1st February 2019.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
