East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 152(2) and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Roads Scotland Act 1984, to redetermine the B1345 Peffer Burn Lay-By, Drem as accessible by authorised vehicles only whilst carrying out Council duties.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedules, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 13 May 2024 to Friday 7 June 2024 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
