Countess Crescent, Dunbar (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2023 - East Lothian

EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to re-determine part of Countess Crescent, Dunbar from carriageway to shared footpath / cycle path.

A copy of the Order, Schedule, Plan showing the extent of the re-determination, and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order are available on the Council’s consultation hub at https://eastlothianconsultations.co.uk/ and below.

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Tuesday 21^st November 2023 to Friday 22nd December 2023.

Any person may, before expiry of the period noted above, object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
