EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (A6093 PENCAITLAND)(40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019 - East Lothian Archived

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a 40mph speed limit on a section of the A6093 at Pencaitland

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order are attached below but can also be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday xx/x/19 to Friday x/xx/19during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
