EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (C110 WEST FENTON) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT)(EXPERIMENTAL) ORDER 2019 - East Lothian Archived

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a 30mph speed restriction on C110 & C111 West Fenton Roads;

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 17/6/19 to Friday 12/7/19 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
