THE EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL(VARIOUS ROADS – HADDINGTON) - East Lothian Archived

This Order may be cited as the "The East Lothian Council, (Various Roads – Haddington), (Prohibition & Restriction on Waiting, Loading & Unloading Etc) Experimental Order 2019 and shall come into operation on the 31 day of January 2019.

With effect from the date set out in Article 1 above, The East Lothian Council (Various Roads – Haddington) (Prohibition & Restriction on Waiting, Loading & Unloading Etc), Consolidated Order 2016, TO 293/16 shall be amended insofar as it relates to the roads specified in the First Schedule to this Order and by the inclusion of the Second Schedule to this Order

In all other respects the present provisions of The East Lothian Council (Various Roads – Haddington) (Prohibition & Restriction on Waiting, Loading & Unloading Etc), Consolidated Order 2016, TO 293/16 will remain in force.

This Order shall continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months from the date specified in Article 1 of this Order or until it is made permanent
