East Lothian Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3, 152(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to redetermine the U230 Ugston Road as a cycle track, the right of passage being exercisable on pedal cycle and foot only.
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedules, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
Any person may question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of the Act or relevant regulations have not been complied with, by making application to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of the Order being made.
