Type Of Event: Film screening with cash bar open for half an hour beforehand. Approx 85 people expected. We show films once a month. Bar to be in kitchen next to main hall. we used to use Freemason's Hall (Forth Street) and the Freemason's obtained licences. However, we have moved our venue to the Community Centre.
Time for Sale of Alcohol: 7.30pm to 8pm
Further detailed information in regard to an application (including the operating plan) is available for inspection at the Licensing Board Offices at John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington between the hours of 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Any person is eligible to object or make representation. Anyone wishing to do so must, not later than the date stated against an application, lodge with the Clerk to the Licensing Board a written notice of their objection/representation.
It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received it by the date stated and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways;

Posted (by registered post or recorded delivery or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered by the date stated or Faxed and an acknowledgement of the fax kept (fax no. 01620 827253) or Emailed and an acknowledgement of the email kept (email@example.com)
