Date of Event: 19 June 2019 to 2 July 2019
Type Of Event: Sale of alcohol and light snacks as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Up to 70 persons in total between the building itself and the beer garden. We may, from time to time and weather permitting, consider having a bbq/picnic set up in our external area. All food would be pre-packaged.
Time for Sale of Alcohol (On Sales): Between 11.00 and 23.00 daily. We would also wish to take advantage of any general extensions to the hours afforded by the Licensing Board in relation to local or national events of significance ie. the festive period.
Time for Sale of Alcohol (Off Sales): Between 11.00 and 22.00 daily

Any person is eligible to object or make representation. Anyone wishing to do so must, not later than the date stated against an application, lodge with the Clerk to the Licensing Board a written notice of their objection/representation.

It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received it by the date stated and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways;

Delivering by hand
Posted (by registered post or recorded delivery or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered by the date stated or Faxed and an acknowledgement of the fax kept (fax no. 01620 827253) or Emailed and an acknowledgement of the email kept (licensing@eastlothian.gov.uk)
