(MUIRSIDE AVENUE, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
On the 16 May 2023 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do) on Muirside Avenue, Kirkintilloch between its junctions with Merkland Drive and Jura Drive, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 09.30 hours on Monday, 29 May until 18.00 hours on Friday, 9 June 2023.
Alternative Route
The alternative route for vehicles will be by way of Merkland Drive, Barrhill Road and Muirside Avenue, and these routes will be sign posted
