THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL
(MARKET ROAD, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND REVOCATION) ORDER 2023
On the 24 January 2023 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works) on Market Road, Kirkintilloch between its junctions with Calfmuir Road and Chryston Road/Blairhill Avenue, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.. Alternative Route The alternative route for vehicles will be by way of Calfmuir Road, Farm Wynd, Lint Mill Road, Robb Terrace and Blairhill Avenue, Kirkintilloch, and these routes will be sign posted. Revocation The closure of the section of Robb Terrace at its junction with Lint Mill Road, Kirkintilloch as detailed in The East Dunbartonshire Council (The Private Roads Between Calfmuir Road and Robb Terrace, Fauldhead, Kirkintilloch (Stopping Up) Order 2012 is revoked.
